fresh mint tea is something i discovered in the netherlands. its a super simple idea, loads of fresh mint stuffed into a glass of hot water. some like it just like that but some (including myself) like it with honey as i find it brings out the flavour. mint is great for digestion and settling the tummy, perfect for after a meal.

chili is an old favorite dish i like to make from time to time. its a very grounding dish and super tasty, especially when complimented with this deliciously simple coriander creme fraiche.
